The contact form collects the data you voluntarily provide: name, company, email, phone, loading and delivery locations, product, quantity, an optional ADR indication and the message text. The browsing language used is stored together with the message.
Please do not include in your message data that is not needed for your request, in particular special categories of data (for example health or judicial data).
Data is used only to answer and assess your request and to prepare a possible quotation or service proposal, as well as for any related administrative and legal obligations.
Processing is based on your own request: you send us the data so that we can get back to you. Name and email are required in order to reply; the other fields are optional and help us assess your request more accurately.
We do not use contact form data for automated commercial messages, newsletters or profiling.
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up contacts, and afterwards for the period required by legal obligations or for the defence of legal claims, after which they are deleted or made non-attributable.
Data is handled by authorised staff of Isola Silo Logistic srl and by the technical providers hosting the website, the request database and the internal notification email service, acting on our instructions.
